​Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed Monday to Thursday, after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be processed and fulfilled on Monday. 

IVIP uses third-party shipping/delivery services, such as USPS, UPS, and DHL. Please note that IVIP is not responsible for potential delays due to postal service problems that are outside of our control. IVIP reserves the right to replace or refund lost packages once they been marked as delivered by the delivery service/company.
